Finished Modeling and Texturing the Character
After sculpting my character in ZBrush, I imported my model into 3d-coat and retopoed my sculpture. The final model has roughly 30 thousand triangles. It is not very low-poly and the topology of the model can be better.

Sparks and Explosion Particles
I followed a tutorial from 3D Total, It teaches you making sparks and explosion particles. Below it is the fire sparks particle. I used the textures that are from the tutorial.

Rain Particle Effects
We are supposed to make at least one particle system for our racing game. I made a rain particle system and a water ripple particle system.
Racing Game Level
We have finally finished our racing game! I have mentioned in my previous post, I am making Chinese style environment. I made a lot of models for my level, it is very fun. I have been changing and improving my level for a while, we did a lot of play test, we also used something we made in our programming class. It is a very successful project, here I thank all my classmates and my professor Mr. Eric Gingrich. What I learnt from this project is that we should really be aware of size issues when we start to make meshes for a environment, I remember many of our maps have size issues at the beginning, we spent quite a while to fix it. Plus the stunts should be better. Again, I am proud of our game, it is definitely beyond our expectations and it is a product that is ready to ship!
Sculpting My Character In ZBrush
After 3 weeks of modeling in Zbrush, my character has finally coming along. I really benefit a lot from this process. I have learned more great new brushes and functions, which it makes the sculpting processes more enjoyable. Here are some screenshots of my sculptures:

Attract Videos Research
We have now finally finished our racing map. Now it is the time to make a attract videos for it, below I found some great videos:
F1 Race Stars:
I like that the trailer shows some game mechanics by texts and gameplay footages at the same time. The video shows lots of stunts in different maps.
Tome Raider:
I really like the very consistent mood that is created by this trailer: "panic" and "horror". I also think an attract video or a trailer should dilever some unique feelings to the audience. There are parts that shows very intense parts of the game.
